New patients

1. 1. History. You describe what hurts, how long it has been present, and what you want to get back to doing.
2. 2. Examination. Posture, movement and spinal checks show where function is limited. X-ray or an off-site MRI is suggested only when it changes the plan.
3. 3. Explanation. Findings are shown clearly, without unnecessary jargon, and a personalised plan is outlined.
4. 4. First care. When it is safe and suitable, treatment starts on the same visit. You remain in charge of how far you continue.

Wear comfortable clothing. Parking is available at the front and back of the building on Edgbaston Road. The examination fee is £50.
